Dear Valued CAR Member:

Thank you for continuing your membership in the Coastal Association of REALTORS^®. Your Leadership Team, Committees, Task Forces and Staff are working for you.

In addition to the many benefits and services provided by the Association, we will be focusing on the following specific areas:

Education: We will be expanding our educational offerings to enhance the Professionalism of our members. Technology will be featured as well as ethics and marketing to further hone our members’ skills.

Technology: NAR surveys indicate that 70% of homebuyers utilize the Internet to purchase their home. We will be providing our members with new information and products to capture that market. We continue to work with our MLS vendor to provide cutting edge, yet low cost, MLS services for our members.

Time sensitive services: Our members have busy, stressful lives. We strive to ease that burden by providing easy access to member services on our website, including on line registration for classes, timely information relevant to the real estate industry, updates and email broadcasts when needed, and an informative weekly newsletter via email.

In addition, the Board of Directors will be starting to look for new office space in the near future.

Be assured that your association will continue to provide you with the tools to help you have a productive 2005. Please feel free to contact any member of the Board of Directors or myself should you have any new ideas, comments, questions or concerns.
