As you get ready to make your Associations' dues payment for next year, please remember to help our Association achieve its 2004 RPAC goal by making your contribution at the same time. There is a saying that "IF REAL ESTATE IS YOUR PROFESSION- POLITICS IS YOUR BUSINESS". Nothing could be truer. Your RPAC contribution goes toward supporting positions, not parties, at the Local, State and National levels. RPAC is BIPARTISAN and supports elected officials who value protecting real estate transactions, homeownership and property rights. Although our member goal is only $20 for the year, more is greatly appreciated and special recognition is given to contributors of $99 and above. But be assured that whatever you are able to contribute will be used to benefit our industry. Thanks for your help!

I'm happy to report to you that your MLS Quarterly Dues have been reduced from $78 to $66. This 15% reduction is made possible in part by the dedicated efforts during the past year of the MLS Committee (particularly Bert Roseberry and Debbie Hileman) in addition to your Board of Directors.

As another example of your Association working for you, it is my pleasure to let you know that Zip Forms will once again be provided to all members free of charge during 2004. These forms include a full line of ready-to-use contracts and addenda, revised and updated as needed.
