This Saturday, March 8, 2008 starting at 4:30 p.m. through 7:30 p.m; Supra will be conducting a routine maintenance at their data center. During this time SupraNET, AgentWebPay and IVR will not be available. However, key holders will be able to use eSYNC, get voice updates and log into KimWeb during this time.

DPOL ACCESS IS NOW SINGLE USER ACCESS
To enhance the security of our MLS system, CAR has changed DPOL access to a single sign on ability as of last Saturday, March 1, 2008.
Important points for easy, no-stress MLS access:
- You are able to sign on and use your password at one computer at a time.
- Administrative personnel will need their own user id and password. Please complete linked form and return to CAR for additional CLERICAL access.
- Please see our forms page to join the Association if additional access is needed for sales agents, or contact the CAR staff if you have questions regarding MLS access.
Thank you for your cooperation and an easy transition!
GCAAR will not be issuing SentriLock keys at this time but they will notify us when they are ready to start issuing the keys.

You will find them under the REALTOR ® Resources section. All forms have been updated as of this Thursday, March 6. Brokers and agents -- please download new copies.

Due to IDX Rules and Regulations changes to enhance the security of the MLS data, new links have been developed for use by individual agent websites. NEW MLS DATA LINKS are NOW AVAILABLE to link to, so please make those website changes NOW. Old links will NOT work after March 15, 2008.
- If your website links to the customer side of DPOL, your links must be updated. Please check your site for compliance. Correct links are available on the agent side of DPOL using the Service Tab. Click the link for IDX Frameable Search Solutions.

WHC Training Returns in April !
Two-Day Workforce Housing Certification Training
Workforce Affordable Housing Seminar and Certification Classes will be held April 10 - 11, 2008 at The Greater Salisbury Chamber of Commerce, 144 E. Main St., Salisbury, MD. The classes will be from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on both days. Please arrive on time! Both days are required for certification. Once certified, you will be added to the REALTOR® search on www.mdhomeprograms.com
WHC Day 1: The first session on Thursday, April 10, will be a class on "Credit Smart" and no CE credit will be awarded.
WHC Day 2: The second session on Friday, April 11, will cover State and Local Programs, Federal and National Housing Programs. A total of 6 CE credits will be awarded.
This training sold out when offered in January — please register early!
