Looking for Volunteers
The Veteran’s Memorial Committee is asking for our help. They need volunteers to help set up and break down, sell T-shirts, bricks, pavers and raffle tickets at the Ocean Pines Craft Fair on Saturday, August 4, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Depending on the amount of volunteers we will split shifts. Call Terry Testani, Shamrock Realty Group, at 443-523-2966 to volunteer.

Security Alert
A few agents in the area, while sitting at an open house or at a model home, have experienced a man come in, make comments about their appearance and ask for money. The agents felt uncomfortable. One agent gave the man $20 in an effort to get him to leave, but the man did not leave until another agent entered the unit unexpectedly. The police have been alerted and would like to talk to the gentlemen.

All agents should be reminded of security procedures. As in the case of all open houses, all the time:

• Let someone know where you are
• Check in regularly
• Keep the door open
• Keep your self between visitors and the door
• Leave the moment you feel uncomfortable
• Don’t hesitate to call 9-1-1
