Broker Forum & General Membership Meeting
Thursday, July 26, from 10 a.m. to Noon at the Wicomico Youth & Civic Center, 500 Glen Avenue, Salisbury, MD 21804. Special seating will be provided for Principal Brokers or Designated REALTOR® Managers for each firm (one per firm). The purpose of the meeting is to update the membership on various issues and to continue to answer questions as they are asked by our members. We’re Looking for Leaders
The CAR Nominating Committee is now considering candidates for Officers, Directors, and Committee Chairs of the association for the 2007-2008 term of office. All nomination forms must be received in the association office no later than Monday, July 16. Online application form coming next week!

Maryland Agency Law & Fair Housing CE Classes
These continuing education classes will held on Tuesday, July 24, at the association office.

• Maryland Agency Law: 9 a.m. to Noon (3 hours of required Legislative/Legal Update credit)
• Fair Housing: 1 to 2:30 p.m. (1.5 hours of required Fair Housing credit)
