again be recognizing everyone who has contributed to his or
her community in the summer issue of Currents. Now is
your time to shine—tell us what you did for your favorite
community, school, charity or non-profit organization by
completing a survey.
Everyone who completes the

Financial Position: January 1-December 31, 2006
2006 was an excellent year for
the association. Total membership at December 31, 2006 stands
at 1378, which is 2.6% higher than December 2005. Total
revenue for the year was $603,037. Total expenses were
$503,292. Thus, the association has a net gain of $99,745.
This exceeded the 2006 budget by $95,613. This money is added
to reserves.
The association owns (free and clear) two
commercial office condominium units for its offices and
training facility. In addition to this investment in real
estate, the association holds certificates of deposit at
various banks and financial institutions. Cash, real estate
and building contents comprise approximately 97% of the
association’s assets. Current liabilities remain low. Total
assets, including the aforementioned are approximately
$1,594,405.
The annual audit for 2006 has been
completed. Audited financials will be forwarded to the
Directors shortly. All indications are that the audit will
show that the financial records of the association are in good
order.
