It is FREE for those receiving an award certificate, but you must pre-register!

THIS WEEK: Primary Photo Requirements

The primary photo for single family homes, multi-family homes, condominiums, townhouses, mobile homes and farms must be of the listed property and may be any one of the following:

  1. An exterior photo of the dwelling—either a front, rear or aerial view
  2. The new construction logo currently provided by the MLS service
  3. An architectural rendering of the exterior elevation
  4. The floor plan
  5. The subdivision or project sign
  6. A facsimile photo—Agent is required to include in the “customer remarks” field “that the photo is similar to the one being built.”

ALSO: Realtor.com Revisions: Realtor.com is now including multi-family homes, farms, and land. Please be aware that any listings of this sort will now be available on their Web site.

Community Service Update

  • That's A Lot of Hot Cocoa!: Totals are in, and CAR raised $23,000 selling hot cocoa at the Winter Fest of Lights during the holidays. All money benefits youth programs at North Side Park. Thank you to all agents who volunteered for this project.
  • Thank You...: To everyone who donated their time and/or blood at the Beach Blanket Blood Drive last week. We should have an update very soon.
  • Help A Family Recover From Disaster: Recently a Showell family lost two children and their home. The Community Service Committee will be collecting monetary donations, to help pay for funeral expenses, the surviving children, housing and other financial needs. Gifts of local gift certificates for food or clothing are also welcome, along with toiletries and children's toys. Checks are to be payable to the: DUPONT CHILDREN’S FUND. All items may be dropped off at the Manklin Creek Coldwell Banker Office, 11001 Manklin Creek Meadows, Berlin, MD 21811. We will be faxing a flyer to all offices in the immediate area.
