Braemar Towers Update
As of July 2006, the Braemar Towers Condominium Association is no longer required to provide water sampling results to the Worcester County Health Department. However, the Braemar Towers Condominium Association is required to develop and implement an on-going control plan for Legionella. Since Braemar Towers Condominium Association is responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing control plan for Legionella, CAR Legal Counsel Al Monshower felt that we should continue to provide a Disclosure to prospective buyers or tenants of units at the Braemar Towers Condominium and also to sellers. Al Monshower has written a new Disclosure to address all of these issues and the Board of Directors at their December 13, 2006, meeting has approved the new Disclosure. In order to cover the buyer and seller, Al Monshower recommends that we use the same Disclosure for both. A copy of the Disclosure with a line for the buyer’s signature should be used when writing a contract for a unit at the Braemar Towers Condominium and a copy of the Disclosure with a line for the seller’s signature should be used when writing a listing agreement for a unit in the Braemar Towers Condominium. A copy of both versions of the Disclosure are now posted on Zip Forms.
