Please be reminded that the fourth quarter ARIS billing deadline is NEXT SATURDAY, September 30. Please have all payments in by this date to avoid suspension of your MLS services and to avoid any reinstatement fees. If payment is not received by
this date, there will be a $200 reinstatement fee for the office and a $30 reinstatement fee for each member in the office.

the 2006-2007 Officers and Directors are installed. Our new President Kevin White and his Board of Directors will be honored with a cocktail reception.REMINDER: Please send in your absentee ballot if you are not attending the installation.

Habitat Build Scheduled for Sept. 27 in Lewes, DE
The Maryland and Delaware Associations of REALTORS® have partnered to help construct one of the NAR “Houses in a Box.”
Date: Wednesday, September 27
Location: Lowe's parking lot, Route 1 in Lewes, DE
Time: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
(you may come and go as you please)
This is the initial construction phase for one of the 75 homes that will be built for Gulf Coast families during the NAR Conference & Expo in New Orleans in November.
