ARIS Billing
Deadline
Please be reminded that
the fourth quarter ARIS billing deadline is Saturday,
September 30. Please have all payments in by this date to
avoid suspension of your MLS services and to avoid any
reinstatement fees. If payment is not received by this date,
there will be a $200 reinstatement fee for the office and a
$30 reinstatement fee for each member in the
office.
Annual Meeting & Board
Installation—REGISTER NOW!
 Wednesday, September 27, at the Grand Hotel,
2100 Baltimore Avenue in Ocean City. Reception from 5 to 7
p.m. Please join us as the 2006-2007 Officers and Directors
are installed. Our new President Kevin White and his Board of
Directors will be honored with a cocktail reception.

Habitat Build Slated for September 27 in Lewes,
DE
MAR has partnered with the Delaware Association
of REALTORS® to construct one of the NAR “Houses in a Box” on
Wednesday, September 27. The build will be earlier in the day
in Lewes in the Lowe's parking lot. Anyone interested in
