 Bigger is the New Big According to new data released by the U.S.
Census Bureau, new single-family homes have increased in size
by 48% in the past thirty years. The typical American home
buyer continues to build bigger a home, no longer because he
has to, simply because he can. And large houses aren’t the
only thing that have been getting a boost in recent years;
condo and cooperatives are also on the rise, accounting for
almost 6% of the current housing market. Click
